Synopsis
VHFA is a quasi-state agency that finances and promotes affordable housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income Vermonters.
The Web site serves two audiences: consumers looking for mortgage loan information, and VHFA partners and other housing professionals that do business with the agency.
Consumer information takes front stage, as traffic analysis revealed most visitors come to the site looking for mortgage information.
The site is filled with database-driven tools to help consumers find VHFA participating lenders, research VHFA-eligible condo buildings and more.
An RPM-developed custom content management system allows VHFA administrators to make revisions to interest rate and income limit tables, add/revise press releases, manage calendar events and more.
