Synopsis
Vermont Coalition to End Homelessness is the umbrella group of Vermont's two planning efforts working to end homelessness: the state's Continuums of Care and its Interagency Council.
The Web site is a central repository of information and documents that helps keep the initiatives' diverse membership informed and on the same page.
Like many RPM-developed sites, a custom content management system provides coalition administrators a number of simple tools to add and revise the site's content without help from a Web developer.
Furthermore, RPM's custom-developed mailing list utility allows visitors to securely subscribe and unsubscribe from the coalition's emailing list, and for administrators to send email to list subscribers through an online form.
Designed entirely with cascading style sheets (CSS), this site meets the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative's Triple-A level of accessibility guidelines, the highest level of accessibility the W3C measures.
